A revolutionary remodel, presented by ACM.
In order to bring the owner’s vision to life, the ACM team spent hundreds of hours researching green building techniques and contemporary material usage. The result is a warm, family home with all the technological advances that are desired by modern families.
ACM engineered and rebuilt this Orange County gem, preserving the original feel and charm so that the home is in harmony with the rest of the neighborhood, yet it still advances the owners’ visions of cool, crisp architectural lines and an open family feel. The use of wood panels on selected walls is juxtaposed to concrete surfaces, all held together with an open, airy feeling.
Shady Canyon
A French Provence Estate Home, nestled in an exclusive gated master planned community within the Shady Canyon Golf Club. Seen as a community centerpiece in quality construction and design, this custom home is based on authentic French Provincial architectural details with an infusion of modern California life style. Every square inch of the estate is designed and built to the exact specifications of the client.
The project involved critically acclaimed architects, engineers and designers, all working as a synergistic team. ACM’s Mark Fowler championed the owner’s vision of reproducing the magic of an original Provence estate, and he personally directed home construction. Images and research pictures, collected by the client’s many trips to France, were provided to Mark and the design team as inspiration.
