After studies in business management at Arizona State University in 1983, Mark chose to follow in the family trade of residential development. His deep commitment to his craft soon brought him work on numerous high-end residential development and golf oriented master planned communities in some of the most desirable locations including New Jersey, Scottsdale and Sedona, Arizona, the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County, California. Mark has had the opportunity and privilege of working with some of the country’s leading architects, designers and engineers. Working in a broad range of architectural styles has engendered Mark’s thorough understanding and focus on architectural detailing, the craftsmanship of execution, which honed his capabilities to execute beyond the developer’s and client’s expectations. As the maturity of his work progressed so did the demand for his unique skills. Every new project allowed Mark to better understand the many complexities of high-end real estate development and to be able to rise to its challenges.

For the past three years while working on multimillion-dollar estates, Mark has coupled this work with a consulting practice for international real estate development projects. His international experience has made him realize the tremendous potential in emerging real estate markets and the growing demand for leadership in the third world. Mark’s commitment to pure architectural expression, using the most rigorous and precise construction practices, is the driving impetus of the company he leads, Architectural Construction Management. His inspiring attitude creates a framework that always provides the designers and artisans the oxygen required to achieve the greatest possible heights with results yielding a product that always goes far beyond the client’s expectations.
