

ALFREDO AYUYAO
COO/CFO
Alfredo Ayuyao is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the ACM Company. Mr. Ayuyao’s responsibilities include deal sourcing, feasibility analysis, financial reporting and operations management. Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Ayuyao served in an executive management capacity with distinction with some of the most prominent and highly respected developers and homebuilders in the nation. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He served as the Division President of Richmond American Homes’ Orange County and Inland Empire Division.
As the Senior Vice President for Centex Homes, he managed all of the Southern California Division’s land acquisition functions. Other management positions were with Taylor Woodrow Homes, the Fieldstone Company and Maguire Thomas Partners. Within each of these organizations, he has been responsible for land acquisition, entitlement processing, product design and the P&L of the projects he executes. Mr. Ayuyao earned both an M.B.A and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. He also holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and is a registered professional Civil Engineer in California.

LES WRIGHT
Corporate Counsel
Les is a registered architect and practicing attorney. With dual professional degrees and a combined thirty years experience in the fields of architecture and law, Mr. Wright has the unique credentials to work both the creative and the business elements of the major projects in which he is involved. As an architect, Wright worked on major commissions totaling over $500 million including major sporting venues, concert facilities and public works projects. After graduation from law school, Wright took his knowledge of construction and design to the legal arena where he has worked in the areas of construction and real estate law. Prior to his affiliation with Architectural Construction Management, Wright worked for several prestigious Southern California law firms on cases and transactions worth over $1.5 billion. In 2006, Mr. Wright opened his own law practice to focus specifically on construction law and real estate development and is proud to be of counsel for Architectural Construction Management. Wright earned his professional architecture credentials from the University of Arizona in 1986. After four years practicing architecture he returned to the University of Arizona and obtained a law degree in 1992. Wright is registered to practice architecture in the state of Arizona and is a member of both the Arizona and California Bars.
